The product should be returned within 14 days of delivery. It must be unopened and in brand-new condition. The customer is responsible for organizing the return. Once the item is received and verified, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. Additional return charges may apply if the return is due to delivery failure caused by customer error.
