This fermenter allows for fermentation under pressure, with pressure settings adjustable via included PRVs. It supports dry hopping through the lid port, yeast harvesting with the plunge valve and collection bottle, and carbonation within the tank up to 35psi. The thermowell enables accurate temperature monitoring, and the tank can be used as a keg for serving directly or for oxygen-free transfers to kegs or packaging. Each unit is individually pressure tested and manufactured in Australia.
