14-day returns

If you decide to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Your rights according to Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products are guaranteed to meet standards that cannot be excluded by the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards without constituting a major failure. Change-of-mind returns are in addition to these rights.

Returning an item

1. Contact us via email at cs@globalstockwholesale.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. We will respond within one business day with instructions for the return and the appropriate address.
3. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging and return it using a tracked delivery service.
4. Upon receipt and examination of the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please reach out to us within 14 days, providing your order number and any relevant photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Return shipping fees

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover all return expenses.

Refunds

Refunds that are approved will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
