Shipping Guide

Shipping Costs & GST:

  1. Enjoy free shipping to most locations within Australia.
  2. A 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is already included in all orders.
  3. If the courier company applies a Destination Surcharge for delivery to your area, it will be automatically added to your order during checkout. Shipping fees are based on the weight and dimensions of each item, and larger items may incur additional postage costs.

Some remote or offshore areas may require extra postage fees, and some may not be serviceable for delivery. If such a case arises, we will contact you to confirm your willingness to proceed with the order. Please check your messages carefully before dispatch.

Shipping Locations:

We only ship to addresses within Australia.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped through either Australia Post, Aramex or Allied Express.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

We aim to ship all in-stock orders promptly. Typically, orders are dispatched on the same day or the following day after your purchase. However, there may be instances when processing takes longer. If your item is in stock, it is expected to ship by the next business day. Please note that all shipping estimates are based on business days.

If you pay by credit card, your order will be charged within 24 hours. Generally, items are shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive payment. If you place an order for multiple items with different delivery addresses, they may be shipped separately.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, order processing may be delayed. Nonetheless, we will do our utmost to expedite your order as soon as conditions allow.

At Loobek, we take great care to ensure our products are protected during shipping. However, damage can occur while in transit to your home or business. If you receive a damaged item, please navigate to “My Orders” and request a refund or return within 3 business days of delivery. It’s important to document any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or functional issues (malfunctions) by taking clear photographs, as this will facilitate the refund process.

  • Please be aware that shipping times to rural and remote areas may be extended.

Orders Tracking:

  1. Order Acknowledgment Email: Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details.
  2. Shipment Confirmation Email: When your item ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will include your order number, carrier information, the date and time your order was placed, the status of the order, and tracking numbers for shipped items. To find the exact location of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier’s official website.

  • Before making payment, please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address for your order, as this is the address we will use for shipping.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product or have accidentally placed the wrong order, we are not responsible for any return shipping costs once the item has been shipped.
  • Please note that we do not provide inside or upstairs delivery services.
