Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any return for change of mind or subscription will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. This return must be authorised by customer service before any return and the buyer must pay shipping.
To be eligible for a return, we must have approved your refund request. The item must be completely unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
