Reishi mushroom is known in China as the ‘immortality mushroom’ and has been utilised traditionally for many years. With a rich earthy brown colouring, mild smell and a subtle earthy taste it can be added into your everyday diet with ease.
Can be added to cooking such as soups or broths, or things like smoothies for a boost. The Reishi mushroom has a very mild, woody taste which is why it is traditionally prepared in a tea or as an extract or blended into smoothies and the like.
